Lisa Gibson
Lisa Gibson is a seasoned Registered Dietitian and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Supervisor with nearly two decades of experience in the field of eating disorder care. She has devoted her career to counseling, teaching, advocacy, and supervision in the field of eating disorders.
Lisa has spent many years partnering with patients in both outpatient and intensive outpatient care settings, using a value-based approach to foster a balanced relationship with food, exercise, and body image. She is passionate about education and spent nearly a decade teaching nutrition at regional colleges throughout Oklahoma. Her dedication to education is matched by her commitment to advocating for eating disorder care in her community. Lisa co-founded the non-profit Oklahoma Eating Disorders Association in 2008 and served nine years on the board in various leadership roles, continuing to support as an Emeritus Member. Her work with the organization was recognized in 2013 with the prestigious Bermudez Award. Lisa has also served as Treasurer on the board of the Oklahoma Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and has supported other local dietetic groups over the decades.
Lisa is committed to elevating the quality of care for eating disorder patients. Over the past few years, she has pursued additional training in the supervision of dietitians and provides supervision for dietitians working in the field of eating disorders. These virtual sessions are approved for iaedp and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics credentialing.
Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science in Food & Nutrition with high distinction from the University of North Alabama and her Master of Science in Nutritional Sciences with honors from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.
With her wealth of experience, dedication, and compassionate approach, Lisa continues to make a profound impact in the field of dietetics and her community.

Kristina Duty
Kristina Duty is a Registered Dietitian in private practice based in the Oklahoma City Metro area. She graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a degree in marketing and received a Masters of Arts in Dietetics at the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center. She is credentialed through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Oklahoma Medical Licensing Board as a Registered and Licensed Dietitian in the state of Oklahoma.
She has worked with eating disorders for almost 15 years and is licensed through the International Associations of Eating Disorder Professionals as a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and approved Eating Disorder consultant. She is passionate about helping individuals build a healthy relationship with food and their body, as well as cultivating growth in eating disorder providers!

Claire Gish
Claire Gish is a Registered and Licensed dietitian, as well as a Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian and supervisor (CEDS-C). Claire is an expert in the treatment those who struggle with eating disorders, disordered eating, and negative relationships with food and body. Claire utilizes a caring, direct, and compassionate approach, along with evidenced based science and nutrition knowledge to help individuals in their healing journey with food and their body.
Claire received her Bachelors of Nutritional Sciences and Master’s Degree of Nutritional Science in Dietetics at Oklahoma State University. Claire has been treating those with eating disorders for 13 years. Claire has worked at all levels of eating disorder care; acute, residential, partial, and out-patient. She currently co-owns a private practice called Taste Life Nutrition Therapy. She lives in Tulsa with her husband and dog. She loves the lake, being with family and friends, traveling, and eating yummy food. Her very favorite role is being “Aunt ChiChi” to her two nieces and nephew.
Claire is member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Oklahoma Eating Disorder Association, and the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals. She has served on the Board of Directors for Oklahoma Eating Disorder Association for 3 years and as secretary for 2 of those years. Claire was selected as one of Oklahoma’s 40 Under 40 in 2019 for her contributions to the field of nutrition and eating disorders in the state of Oklahoma.
Claire is certified by the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals as a dietitian with eating disorder expertise and is also an IAEDP approved supervisor. CEDRD status is earned by dietitians who have met educational and skill requirements, have accumulated a minimum number of hours of qualifying work experience, and have made a commitment to stay current with new research and cutting edge applications in the treatment of eating disorders.
